Group Support General Information
How Do Ongoing/Open Groups Work?
You can be in a group for as long as it feels right to you!
No long term commitment is necessary (with the exception of our open studio).
As a member of an ongoing group, each participant agrees to pay for their spot every session (regardless of attendance). This promotes consistency and offers the best experience for all involved. When you feel it's time to leave the group, you just let the therapist know 1-2 meetings before, so you can have some closure with the group members.
If you have questions or want to see if a group fits for you, please Contact Emery to discuss options.
You will always have a chance to speak with the group leader before beginning.
