Grief in Daily Life with Emery Mikel Mondays, 11:30-12:30pm (Ongoing Support Group - $45/meeting, 12 people max) Come start your week of in a supportive and creative Each moment is another step towards healing and feeling more grounded. We never completely recover from a loss or life change, but time makes it easier to carry with us. This group is for those learning how to exist with grief and still live life fully. We will explore and share both verbally and creatively (meditation, art making, etc.), but no experience is necessary! |
Living with Grief After Loss
with Emery Mikel Mondays, 7-8pm (Ongoing Therapy Group - $60/meeting, 8 people max) For those who have experienced loss in their lives through death, life transitions (job, relationship, etc.), and other challenging times, this is a group for you to find support while learning how to process what has happened and understand how to continue forward in your life with new insights as you regain balance. We will tackle strong emotions, uncertainty, relief, joy, and everything that comes with a major shift in your life through both verbal and creative means. No art experience is necessary! |
Weekly Community Art Studio
with Emery Mikel Wednesdays, 11:30am-12:30pm (Ongoing Group - $25/meeting, no participant max) No matter what life throes at you it helps to be in community! Please feel free to join us for a weekly art making group! Through making your own art, witnessing others, and having space to share about your experience, we will explore the therapeutic space created in a community art studio. There will be guidance for intention setting at the beginning of each meeting, prompts, and a framework for sharing/listening at the end. Sharing at the end is optional and you choose what you would like to share. All welcome and no experience necessary! |
