Group Therapy and Support

All sessions and groups are now being offered online via Zoom
Contact Emery for details and to discuss what fits best for you.

General Information

Ongoing/Open Groups
You can be in a group for as long as it feels right to you! No long term commitment is necessary.
As a member of an ongoing group, each participant agrees to pay for their spot, every session (regardless of attendance). This promotes consistency and offers the best experience for all involved. When you feel it's time to leave the group, you just let the therapist know 1-2 meetings before, so you can have some closure with the group members.

Groups with a Set Time Frame
When you sign up for these groups, you are joining for the full time period stated (usually 6-8 meetings). There will be an option to pay upfront or to take advantage of the payment plan (no extra cost!).

If you have questions or want to see if a group fits for you, please Contact Emery to discuss options. She will also be happy to put you in touch with the person running the group for a phone call prior to the group starting.
