MPS, LCAT Psychotherapist, Art Therapist Minority Issues and Microaggressions, Multiculturalism, Anxiety, Depression The goal of therapy with me is to explore ourselves and care for what needs to heal and grow where there is room to grow. Using a trauma informed, anti-oppressive framework we will work on having a deeper understanding of ourselves, a crucial step in taking control over our personal narrative and utilizing the powers and strengths that we have to live a wholesome life.
